Booking information

The 3G rule applies. Room prices are per person/night, with breakfast, incl. VAT and local taxes.
Apartment prices are per night, incl. VAT and local taxes. One-off final cleaning for apartments.
The prices listed are valid for stays of 7 nights and over. There is a surcharge for short stays.
Change of persons (beds) during a booked stay is not permitted. Pets are not permitted.

Check-in from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out from 9:30 a.m.

Deposit Euro: 50% per person. The remainder is payable in cash on arrival.

Travel insurance:

Even though you are already looking forward to your holiday, unforeseen events can happen.
In the event of cancellation, general terms and conditions for the hotel sector apply.

In the event of cancellation, the following applies:

Up to 3 months before arrival there is no charge for cancellation.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the price is charged.
From 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.
Cancellation within the final week of arrival are charged at a rate of 90%, while in the event of early departure, 100% is charged.
